Account Registration and Eligibility

We at pepe4d reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we discover that you have provided false information, that you are accessing our platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, or that you are breaching these terms. Before termination, we will attempt to contact you via your registered email or phone number to give you an opportunity to clarify. Any funds remaining in your account at termination will be returned to your linked payment method, subject to verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Wallet Management

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pepe4d and its operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or these terms—including loss of data, loss of earnings, or emotional distress—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the amount you have deposited into your pepe4d account in the preceding 12 months. This limit applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

These liability limitations do not apply to personal injury, death, fraud, or breaches of fundamental rights. In jurisdictions where such limitations are prohibited by law, we comply with mandatory legal requirements and limit our liability only to the extent permitted.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pepe4d is incorporated and licensed, as stated in our Legal Notice page. However, we recognize that users may be located in different jurisdictions, and we are committed to respecting local law.

If you are located in a jurisdiction where our services are not licensed or are prohibited, you should not access pepe4d. By accessing our platform, you confirm that you are in a territory where our services are permitted to operate.

Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or your use of pepe4d must be brought in the courts of pepe4d's primary jurisdiction or, if applicable, in your own jurisdiction according to local law. You and pepe4d agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Amendments to These Terms
